Each card pairs an actionable affirmation on the front with a research-backed insight on the back, so the shift in mindset is supported by the science behind it.
Every icon is hand-drawn — four months in the making, each one pulled from a real moment in a real life. The citation color on the back matches each dimension's signature color, so the deck is as considered to look at as it is to use.
Display your current card on the stand, sit with it for a few days until it actually lands, then draw the next one when you're ready. There's no schedule. No pressure. Just one card at a time.
