Overview

This website is operated by Seven Wellness Club (“Seven Wellness Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of sevenwellnessclub.com and any related information, content, tools, products, and services we offer (together, the “Services”). By visiting the site, creating an account, signing up for our communications, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services and place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you check out or create an account, and you’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products, colors, and details accurately, but we can’t guarantee your screen displays every color exactly. Many of our pieces are made to order, so small variations are part of the process. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable items), and correct errors on the site. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and taxes. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. An order confirmation email doesn’t mean your order has been accepted; acceptance happens when your order ships.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timelines, return eligibility, final sale items, and refund details are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes are single-use, limited to one per customer, can’t be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may expire. Welcome codes issued through our sign-up forms are valid for 30 days from the date issued. We may modify or end any promotion at any time and may cancel orders that misuse a code.

6. Email and text message marketing

If you sign up for our emails, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (for example, product drops, offers, and cart reminders) from Seven Wellness Club at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, and you’ll receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@sevenwellnessclub.com or +1 629-285-6513. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text messaging program is available in the United States. 7. Wellness content disclaimer

Seven Wellness Club offers lifestyle products, affirmations, journals, planners, quizzes, and editorial content for general wellbeing and personal reflection. This content is for informational and inspirational purposes only. It isn’t medical, mental health, nutritional, financial, or other professional advice, and it isn’t a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always talk with a qualified provider about your health or personal situation, and never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read or used from us.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, designs, prints, graphics, logos, photos, product designs, affirmations, and our brand names, is owned by Seven Wellness Club or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Your submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photos, ideas, or other content (including by tagging us on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights. We may remove content we find unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose; to violate any law or the rights of others; to upload viruses or malicious code; to scrape, harvest, or collect others’ information; to interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or to submit false or misleading information.

11. Third-party tools and links

The Services may include links to third-party websites or tools we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We don’t guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Wellness Club and its owners, team members, and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order won’t exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Seven Wellness Club harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
